ListingUpkeep lives at listingupkeep.com. Our mailing address is 1501 South Greeley Highway, Suite C 4049, Cheyenne, WY 82007. You can reach us at hello@listingupkeep.com.

We collect your name, business name, email address, and phone number, billing details, handled by Stripe, and the details of your Google listing that you ask us to manage.

We also receive the usual server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested), which we keep only as long as needed to run and secure the service.

We use it to run the service you asked for. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Stripe (payments), Resend (sends your monthly report and account email), and Google (the listing itself, which we update on your behalf). Each sees only what it needs to do its part. The site is hosted on Vercel.

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without cross-site tracking. One cookie keeps you signed in.

Billing records for 7 years, because tax rules require it. Everything else for as long as your account is open, then deleted within 30 days.

On servers in the United States. If you are outside the US, using the service means your information is processed there.

Email hello@listingupkeep.com to get a copy of your data or to have it deleted, and we will do it within 30 days.
