How we use text messages

Only someone who has just been a customer of a business that uses ListingUpkeep. You gave that business your mobile number when you hired them, and they told us they have your permission to text you about the work.

We never buy, rent or scrape phone numbers, and we never message anyone a business has not added themselves.

It names the business you hired, thanks you for the work, and asks whether you would leave them a review. It includes a link to that business's own page on Google and nothing else.

There is no offer, no discount and nothing to buy. If you ignore it, nothing happens.

At most twice, ever: one request, and one reminder if you do not reply. After that we stop contacting you about that job whether you reviewed them or not.

Reply STOP to any message. That takes effect immediately and permanently, and you will get one confirmation and then nothing further. Reply HELP for contact details.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

We use it to send the request and the one reminder, and we keep it only so we know not to message you again. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with anyone, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

To have your number deleted outright, email hello@listingupkeep.com and we will remove it.
