Google listing management
The listing itself, looked after every week, instead of sitting exactly as you left it in 2019.
Most listings are filled in once, the week the business opens, and then left alone for years. The description is empty or a single line, the category is near enough rather than right, the services are blank, the last photo is older than the van, and the reviews sit unanswered. Google reads all of that as a business that may not be trading, and so does the person deciding whether to ring you.
What we change on your listing
- Your description written properly, and your categories and services set to the work you actually do
- A fresh update posted every week, so the listing never reads as abandoned
- Every review answered, with anything 3 stars or below sent to you before it goes
- Photos added through the year, each one filed where Google expects it
- The questions people ask on your listing, asked and answered
- One plain-English report a month: calls, directions and website clicks
Your hours are part of it too, checked and corrected when Google shows them wrong, which happens more often than owners expect around public holidays.
What we never touch
- Your business name, and your address. Editing either one is the most common way a listing gets suspended, and we will not put yours through that.
- The reviews themselves. We answer them. Nobody can delete a real review, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you something that does not exist.
- Anything outside the listing. We do not need your website, your email or your card details to do this work.
How the access works
We never need your Google password. You add us as a manager on your listing using Google's own invite, you stay the owner, and you can remove us in two clicks.
It is Google’s own invite, from inside your Business Profile, and it is the same thing you would send an employee. You stay the owner, we get the manager role and nothing above it, and removing us takes two clicks and no conversation with us. We never ask for your password, and you should not give it to anyone who does.
When it opens
